Conference Presenters are required to register by March 28, 2008.
Registration Entitlements
All full-paying delegates are entitled to:
Admission to all Public Lectures and Panels Conference kit including Book of Abstracts, information on the conference, and a copy of the Conference Proceedings. Invitation to the Opening Reception (Conference Dinner) Refreshments during the conference
Please note that admission to all events is on first come, first served basis due to a limited number of seats available!
* Personal ID (i.e. passport) required for registration in Vienna
** Student ID required for registration. The student fee does not include the conference dinner nor the Springer publication.
*** Day pass holders are only entitled to the conference programme, and refreshments during the respective conference day

Once your transaction is processed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by the registration confirmation email from the conference organisation within the next working day.

Cancellation and Refunds
Requests for cancellations received on or before June 3, 2008 will be refunded 50% of the fee paid.
From June 3, 2008 onwards, there will be no refund for cancellation of participation.
Request for refunds are to be made in writing and send to the Planning Committee.
Neither the organiser nor its employees shall be liable to the registered participant in contract, tort or otherwise except as expressly stated in the registration form.
